Our Founders & Visionaries

Dr.Noel s.Brown,dds

Dr. Noel Brown is the visionary founder of HealthCare International ReachOut Inc. (HCI), an organization dedicated to providing medical and dental care to underserved communities around the world.

Dr. Brown is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia and Herbert H. Lehman College, where he earned degrees in Biology. He later attended the New York University College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).

While participating in a mission trip to Jamaica, Dr. Brown witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by rural and underserved communities in accessing healthcare due to financial and geographic barriers. Deeply moved by this experience, he was inspired to establish HCI. With the support of professors from his alma mater and fellow dental students who shared his vision, the organization was born.

After graduation, Dr. Brown opened a private dental practice in the United States before returning to his homeland of Jamaica, where he served as Chief Dental Surgeon at St. Ann’s Bay Hospital and in May Pen, Clarendon. He has also served on the Jamaican Dental Council and is a member of the Jamaican Dental Association.

Dr. Brown credits his humanitarian spirit to the values instilled in him by his parents, Mr. Stanley Brown and Mrs. Violet Brown, who were instrumental in supporting the early development of HCI. He continues to participate in annual outreach missions, ensuring that HCI’s guiding motto, “Global Healing With Helping Hands and Hearts,” remains at the heart of its work.
